Problem

Reason why it stucked up

phone code was enable
i just disable it and try reading the code again and
it was successfull

So let start from here if you know the password please insert it before unlocking or try to enter wrong password 10 time it will format the user area of the phone automatically and asking to enter new password , so insert new password and press enter :
Now do the fallowing:

1) unplug usb cable
2) go to phone MENU , SETTING,OPTION,SECURITY
3) press the wheel inside and press WIPE HANHELD
4) wait until formatting complete and phone will restart again
5) it should now asking to enter new password , so ignore it
6) plug your USB cable and run BB server unlocking software
7) press read codes ( taking almost 1 to 2 min)
8) now unplug the phone and enter any password
9) go to phone menu and setting, option , sim card
10) pres shift key and enter MEPD,
11) now pres shift and enter MEP2
12) release shift key and enter the code which you got it from BB SERVER

now phone should be unlocked

phone was faced many wrong codes tries, enter network MEP code (O lelft)

there is an option that might work, try with the soft attached here, steps are easy
1) Run executable form rar archive.
2) Connect BlackBerry to PC
3) Wait until it finishes
4) Try to enter code read by PolarBox and post results

blackberry solution for mep code (0 left)


This is the solution for anyone have mep code 0 left in his handset that no attemt balance for enter code.
1.please install black berry desktop manager. (its free download from black berry website)
2.connect handset with pc.
3.open this software its shows booting rom and ask u phone unlock code(note: its not asking mep code just user code).if not phone code inserted then it update rom automatically.
4.now your handset reboot,
then you got mep code(10 left) in network lock section.

You must disable "driver signature enforcement" you can do that by pressing F8 during booth or use this command with c prompth:

bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON

After, install driver of windows XP

QUESTION:

I unlocked one OT800 on Tesco UK network by using flash file 800x_ALFR1_16K_Firmware(EN_FR_ES_IT_DE).frm. Everything went fine and phone unlocked but keyboard format is changed and when I type a it comes as q and couple of other keys are inverse. How can I fix those?

ANSWER:

Please flash it using 800x_ALGR1_16K_Firmware(EN_RU_BUL_GR_ALB).frm from support and it will fix the issue.
