hi bro, could u help me, i just bought it today but when open DCT4/BB5 the driver keep disconnect..try many time install and uninstall but no luck

i have tag your box sn on server for update so
please update your box from maintenance tool

hello it is the 2 nd time that i wrote may be in wrong section the first time anyway ...please mr siroya fix my problem i have a cyclonebox wich can't go into main mode here is the prob:
