cyclone box team... help me please! - GSM-Forum

what is this problem... i can't authenticate with our server... when i try to authenticate with it... the result is this even if i already registered the box...

Support Area Launched, Engine Revision: 1.0.0.7396
Started authenthication procedure at 7:49:19 AM
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box]
Box Service Tag: 03A207428F2378448BA6CAE383BFEA40
Cyclone Server (1.0.0.476), Cyclone Box Team 2008, 2009 - Ready.

Cyclone Server Send Command Error -> Code: 500, Box is not registered, support is not allowed then

Authenthication error -> Failed to obtain Authenthication Data

and when i go to box registration and tick prepare box... there is also an error like this

i think this is good this is best box for bb5 and flashing but its need to fix some bugs thats my thing n this box will beat all bb5 box n nokia flashing.

it will take year or more to remove the bugs.
there r more bugs than the useful options.

how soon server be back online? several hours from now? or tommorow or next day... just give approximate time so no one keep asking & waiting......
