your box could be register only by yourself- pls download a software from Cyclone box - credit & box order system and install it. After that run and press on the left BOX WIZARD, then registration will be start.

Having issues upgrading keep getting error message " Box Firmware needs to be upgraded to V02.20 " " Establishing connection with box bootloader ... Boot agent didn't secure data" Finished with crital error !
