Hi, i've updated twice and still get same problem:

Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Bootloader], [Platform: Classic]
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box], [Platform: Classic]
Initializing box... OVER HERE GET'S DISCONECTED THE BOX
CBUS Request Error -> CBUS Problem, Lost handle (Write Pipe)
Box Firmware Version Read Failed -> No answer from CBUS

I can't do anything with my cyclone box.. i have updated my software with latest one, but after that my box is ask me to update the firmware to ver 02.20 over and over again, update firmware proccess is ok (done without error) but when i open the nokia tool it ask me to update box firmware again. please need help imediatelly

my box SN is :C000561E
