its continuous rebooting . it was 30 mins into a bruteforce unlock and the temp was 84c and running windows ultimate 7.

i was under the assumption this was a good setup and not too much pressure on the radeon 5970

Not bad result for a 1 Grand computer.

for 6990 i dont think teprture is 59 , i have one , when i use it in 830 mhz and 100% fan temprtur is 79 , if i use it in 900 mhz and 100% temprture is 83
if you are sure 6990 without watercooling is 59 , so my 6990 have problem .
please conferm me .

Watercooled at 933 mhz these are the temeperatures watercooled (Double 6990)


The Xigmatec elysium costs about 160 pounds here in UK

The problem is your room temperature too high.. luckily here in UK this summer is quite cool
hardly we get 20 c°

hola. i have tried my 2 cards hd 5870 and hd 5770 with catalyst 11.4 and 11.6 but only hd 5870 apair on oclHashcat-lite-0.06.but with catalyst 11.7 .is working is possible¿¿¿ i think we can mix diferent cards having catlyst 11.7.and for exemple 2x5770+5870 give 2days @900mhz good solution for poor unlocker.BR
