set up cyclone box please help

i got my new cyclone box today download all the setup file from support and then installed them

now i got the software installed

Box Maintenance procedure started at 20:53:26
Box Maintenance Error -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

that all i get how can i get this installed and working

my box did install the driver but it dont ding on the usb and it say not connected

what can i do

just tx light and vbat light on and it dont detect in the usb

u already register and updated ur box?

not as i know of i cant get any deatils as the box like will not ding on the usb

if ya understand me

just them 2 lights on and nothing

it crasy i ready everything and see no help

Try this:

1- Conect your Cyclone Box

2- Open Cyclone Software ( at the bottom of the window apears " Connected [Bootloader Mode] )

3- Press Box Registration (at the left side of the program window) complete the Box Registration Form...

no its says not connected ath the bottom and just 2 ligths on the unit

it not like dinging on the usb as is that normal

as it dont ding like the unit is in the usb port

is that normal

Ok, unistall Cyclone software, then delete Cylone Box folder in program files, then restart PC, then install cyclone software again, after that conect the box again, an see if windows recognize the box...

it weird that even on a new pc it dont detect is there anything i can do i had this box like 2 hours and already it not working

When you conect 2 LEDs on the Box remain ON? you sure the cable & usb port are OK?

yes the usb is ok on the computer

i tryed 2 computer and the smae lights on a nd nothing not detacted

maybe your Box faulty, try contact your reseller

jesus thats not what i wanted to hear man

i only just had this man

and that not good


there need to be confermed if it nacked or not

need the boss ( the maker as i send a pm to him his box is full and there website i cant open a ticket it very bad server i think and it will not open a ticket so i cant get a message to the team

quite bad really

as im new to the box and then this happens

i anyone know the problem 100% help or advice

box is under 6 month warrenty so dont worry ask for a replace if he is a listed reseller he should
