usb supply voltage test failed 4.02v - GSM-Forum

i have just bought a new cyclone.i register ok.i have test fails.a message is:

box has failed one or more self diagnostics.this maybe temporary failure or
permanent hadware damaged.

box self test failure usb supply voltage test failed 4.02v is out of valid range

thanks in advance.

This is a problem with your USB port, or you have you phone conected, maybe is a laptop?

You can try:
1. Connect to other usb,
2. connect and disconnect and try again
3. use a power HUB.
4. Connect only box and star the program.

no it is not laptop .itry in two pc same problem
