Your first image shows a missing Power amplifier which is responsible to amplify signal for both GSM (2G) and 3G(Band 1 and 8).

The second pictures there is missing a CPU BUCK coil rated at 1.5uH - 1.45A - 159ohm (could be either found in another 4S or other phones) and the other missing component is a capacitor.
The coil is needed to amplify voltage for the CPU core while the capacitor is not needed.

For now I would solder the coil and try to power on the phone, as it should at least be able to boot, but not able to get signal as of the missing avago pa. Do not use a lot of heat as the NAND is very near and could easily overheat both the NAND and A5 processor.

Thank you. Actually i cant buy another iphone motherboard. And i think i cant find the coil on other phones. Is that coil same size and same shape on other phones? Do you know where can i find this parts. On internet. Or stores... If you give me a link for the missing parts i wiil very happy for it

I can take it in recovery mode. I try restore but itunes gives 21 error code. If i understand correctly if i solder the coil iphone can be turn on.

Usually these type of components is difficult to find to buy as these only sell in large quantities. The best option for you would be to seek a phone repair centre and ask for scrap boards, these boards would be perfect for you to take components from them even in the future.
In case you have a spare dead iphone 4 board you can take the coil which is used to supply the LED driver.

The baseband replacement for a 3GS requires both the toshiba flash and the baseband processor replacement. Not an easy job

Try changing the battery with a genuine one as this might be a watchdog problem

Have you tried restoring the phone to latest firmware? Also what is the history with the phone?
