I have 2 iphone 3gs 16gb.

First problem is Not charging After Water Damage. Every thing else works Fine. I replaced The battery which was fully charged Any solution for it.

Second no display after water damage it dose sync with itunes. But no display.

The phone makes its function, because itunes recognizes it, it vibrates.

But nothing comes on screen.

What could be?

How to know that Iphone is blocked by operator ? is "No Service" can be issue of IMEI blocked?

I fixed this problem. The phone used to just reboot as soon as I switched on the camera. I removed the camera and the shutdown problem went away. Go figure.

I have a 3g that flickers in brightness. It was water damaged, but I have cleaned the board well, and all other functions of the phone are OK.

Does anyone where the brightness control comes from or goes to? (it is a software function, but it is digitally programmed to a voltage converter or analog level control line to converter?)

I have tried a different LCD display module, same result.

after i did update by itunes>> my iphone just let me to call only i have not main menu only message in many languages and on the top of screen there is emergency call and under that the numers board only .. i can recieve call and dialing but when i try to restore the firmware by connected usb to itunes i see this message :
