ive done on windows 8 same error........ as i said i have infinity box card... cant u active best on it for me... i really need this to work

Hello,

We can not move Dongle as Activation.

If you have another box and/or card-reader - instert BEST Smart-Card to another box/reader and update card again.

the error is not about upgrade, is Identification check error:.... cant it be fix?

Hi dear bro YellowBoss i have infinity best dongle and need to activate it for CM2 i checked the price on the infinity server but little bit confused 54.00 .. 70.00 how much will it cost for me i am from oman and dont have any reseller or distributor near....if u can do it for me i have western union i can send u through it cuz i dont have any account also........dont worry just tell me how much will it cost and give ur address of western union i will send u ...............

You can contact to any reseller from our list (who accept WU payment).

replacement sim

pls sir can i report replacement sim issue here.
i have sent a message as it is in the procedure no reply yet
Procedure:
- Contact by e-mail to card [at] infinity-box.com with replacement request
- Provide your old (damaged) Smart-Card S/N (8 symbols Serial Number) and e-mail address that was used during Box/Dongle registration

i need your urgent help my card has another activation
