I get this error also when I open Best Dongle EXE {best dongle send + receive error. ISO7816 error 0x6985 (Command not allowed. Condition of use not satisfied)}

I revived mail I follow all Instructions all done I run best dongle EXE 1st time run fine I close it. When I run 2nd time Its show same problem and same Error {best dongle send + receive error. ISO7816 error 0x6985 (Command not allowed. Condition of use not satisfied)}
I mail it again with all logs. I can't understand this kind of problem. I am facing this problem in Infinity product 1st time in my minimum 10 year working history.

This means your PC has some kind of spy/debug/trace software installed.
Unistall it first and confirm here.

Give me little info about spy/debug/trace how to uninstall I am using note32 antivirus. I am full scan my pc.

Do you have fault.bin file in folder with BEST software ?

If yes - send an e-mail with this file attached to [email protected]

Sir after my first mail my infinity dongle work.

and after 4 hrs usage again same error come


Box/Dongle [A74B7784] identification data is damaged, error code #30

So plz kindly solve may dongle problem permanent.

I install new windows xp SP3 but problem same.

- Update your Box/Dongle firmware again now

- Do not use any kind of usb-sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid this kind of problems in future.
