Hello,

It may be a problem with Dongle if softwre detecte any kind of debug/trace/spy software.
Also in some cases (very rare) this kind of problem may be a result of PC/software crash.

So what to do: just use software. If you will have any problems - just contact us.

Hello,

- Download "DongleManager" software
http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...gleManager.rar

- Run DongleManager.exe

- Select "BEST Tool"

- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

- Send problem description and full text with Box/Dongle details to [email protected]

DO NOT send screenshot/pictures, just copy/paste text from software window to your message !

and now post new email [email protected] to send errors acctually which email we use to send error email

i send email to [email protected] but no reply from support so asking about email adress
but i send error email on both email adress

hear is dongle manager info

Hello,

1. Run DongleManager
2. Select [BEST] at bottom of page instead of "Autodetect"
3. Update Dongle firmware
