Hi, your desktop unit has a bios password reset jumper on the motherboard. Look up the manual for it and there should be a diagram showing location. And also instructions on how to clear password.

I found a program that works for the main password, but the hdd password it gives me is not working. The password it gives me for hdd is lmx6gi4y

Sorry to hear that. I'm afraid there is not much more you can do. This is the correct section. If you can give me the serial number of the hard drive, I can try some more combinations. But I would not get to excited, you may be doomed to replacing drive.
