I suppose SMP3i ic is bad this why VSD1,VSD2 & VSD3 are missing.
Try resolder near RF ic quartz & near CPU quartz.

Put some flux at Y1_AP & G2_RF resolder them with soldering iron each have
4 solder pads be careful.

From what you post you tell you put other lcd and it work,what else you need
replace lcd.

I told you possible SMP3i ic is bad burn.
I recommend to start read posts and learn don't wait that i will guide how to solder where to solder practice read entire schematic.

I said the probem the display is not it, because I tested another one and it worked iPad is on the board. Where should I test
