Recycle bin is empty

you deleted fault.bin file, it was big big mistake. Your friend who suggested you delete file was not smart, tell him that.


Now try to update dongle firmware, if you are lucky dongle will be fixed but no guarantee.

my problem solved after update

i contact to the resaler He said post on forum no one sugest me to delete fault.bin file
Now i update again dongle firmware as you suggest now problem solve

Very good.
In future never delete fault.bin file (this file has important information about software conflicts) but just click to "Report & Fix" button in DongleManager.

Please do not use fake old fault.bin file but provide latest fault.bin file.
If you don't want to provide latest fault.bin file please explain what kind of crack or debug tools do you use at your pc?

also you had the same issue days ago. What was the advice given to you by other supporter?

Please DO NOT delete fault.bin file any more! This helps you to fix an issue easily.


Now make this:


- Read NOTE - https://infinity-box.com/support/?s=2
- Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software

Make the next steps ONLY after uninstall usb sharing tool otherwise YOU MAY DAMAGE your dongle!

- Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe
- Run Infinity software

Hello Sir,
I havn't last fault file,because i am isntalled lastest windows os.
But i am shared my own old fault files,this files not others tool files.
please fix my issue

I am always working with Vedio editing,Camtasia etc.Some times working with some sharing apps,Thats all
