Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "snoopy flashtool" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
1. Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
2. Install latest Infinity software updates
3. Run DongleManager
4. Update Dongle firmware

Only ONE update try is allowed !
In case of problem DO NOT update card again !

I am using this smartcard from about 2 years, problem comes after unsuccussfull firmware update. When i click update it process but at final stage show me error and smartcard becomes unsable. please help me to recover

if you will make several attempts you may kill your card. so if you want to buy new one - make many tries

I can't get S/N because it saying "Box/Dongle is not found" , But i have a registered account on Infinity Support , there i found Serial Number is 0D8610F3.

Will not be able to provide this file as it was petrean along with a damaged hard drive. And the new installation gave this result.
