Dear sir,
I would like to know what should I buy between the smart card reader and smart card. Or else I should sadly buy the whole dongle again according to the message from the dongle manager below. Your kind assistance will highly be appreciated.

Hello,

1. Install REQUIRED Card-Reader Drivers - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6
File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware ONCE

OR

1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader. Good result for today gives Alcor Card-Reader.
2. Run DongleManager - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=5
3. Update Dongle firmware ONCE


In case of problem DO NOT update card again but contact to support !

dongle 7577D0A4 can not be repaired since year 2009

Solution: buy new Infinity-Box Dongle.
