Hello there.
My security card is broken.
Card number: 3E3E36A1

I tried it in different card readers. The result is the same. The card is not working.

Do I need to buy my new card? Otherwise I can get the same serial number.
Because it was a hua tool and 2 years of activation.

first thanks for help,i cleaned all contacts change again reader card,try on xp,7 and 8, same problem...........usb device not recognized and Dongle can't be found:
Card with specified AID is not found

before update all module mtk,best,spt work good

Yes you are right, i install Flexihub but now i uninstall it and always same thing! if i use an other Pc, it will be ok !?

- Download CardID software - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=7
- Run CardID
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

Send us text.
DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you need new Smart-Card.

Uninstall flexihub, delete fault.bin file from software folder.
result ?
