I do not have that file in the root of Infinity. I tried re-installing and it still do not show up.

What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If support is not active - please contact to any seller and renew support.
