hello sir, this problem comes when i try to update my card after actiating sm-software from support. yesterday i got another error. i thought i should try after 24 hrs.. today i again try to update. now its shoing account suspended. please release the account so that i can update the card with sm-software activation..

Do you have any kind of sharing/trace/sniff software installed and running ?

Do you have fault.bin file in folder with software ?
