During update process software may seem hanging but please DO NOT close or terminate forcely application. 
It may cause harm to your Smart-Card. Just let the process to be finished.
- Connect Infinity Box/Dongle (Smart-Card) to PC
- Disconnect all other Boxes/Dongles (Smart-Card) from PC
- Update Smart-Card Reader drivers to latest version
- Disable Antivirus and Firewall
- DO NOT interrupt update process even if you think that software is freez !

i have a BEST tool and activation cm2 download lgs new setup so ask card update and update so start update and stop updating and now show this error and my card type Card-Reader Type FT SCR2000 and update CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z this driver but still same how to solve this

You must move Fenix reader to trash.
Also I hope you understand what is 1 (ONE) means.

If you have another good reader (not Fenix, not DITS) insert card into that reader and update ONLY ONE TIME, otherwise make this:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware ONLY ONE TIME

- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries
