1st i change pc (fresh pc w7 32bit )
2nd i install update driver (CardReader_Fetian_FT2K) available on support link : Index of pub/drivers/

3rd disable antivirus
4th download latest dongle manager 1.67
5th most important if you run internet via any wifi router change to direct connectivity to pc n run all thinks

- CM2SPD_v0.07 - NOT OK - Dongle is not connected

So what did I wrong?

hello sir. today i install new update of cm2qualcom, software says me to update card and i forget that i dont have original infinity hardware. i user card in other box to run softwares. so mistakly i run update firmware with that tool and now stuck in this

Hi Support, after I installed the latest update for Qualcomm 1.01.
It does not start
Then I installed the old version CM2QLM 1.09
And now all the software Infinity does not work.
The key is not updated.

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Realterm" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager.exe
- Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME
