pls i dont understand this statement..
To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Realterm" at the same time with Infinity software

how do i know am not using realterm at d same time... plsssss

infinity box firmware update error.....my dongle sn COED2DA8...i was updating firmware and then got error from server and my dongle now not working anymore. even when i use dongle manager i get the following error

hello i was trying to update dongle firmware and then recieved error and now cannot update or use my dongle anymore

and my support is still active
