For my opinion:

1. PA and Antena Switch is the component u should check..
( still has other causes but this is the main )
2. Normally is Cobba and C-cont...

My opinion is:
3. ok, this problem u need to change ur time crystal for sure..
4. Try to change a new cobba..
5. This problem has a lot of causes..
a.check ur software..
b.check ur c-cont
c.if still can not post me ur error..
i think the network should be answered, but the power failure is the part a bit confuse. let us see other's opinion..
