POLAR TEAM? why server allway give me wrong code?


Why server allway send me wrong code please fix the bug and give me back my 3 logs!

try to unlock Sagem SG346i:

ROM Version. : 0411
Hash Key. : 13DC0E487853A6B1

Please be patient., this is very unusual.
Server is under checking for sagem/vodafone codes problems.
Send Phones IMEI/Box S/N and Log acount details to [email protected] .

Dear sir, unlocking log for Sagem SG346i is allready send to support, but no answer, i return to customer.

i try unlock again my212X, same think and customer say it can't wait, i give it back the phone

Dear sir i also facing the same problem ,mine too, 4 credits have lost and i got wrong codes , So plz refund my credits and moreover i am transferring all details regarding this problem at your mail ... see you forward

are tested with me and wrong code
don't check there model cuz your credit are lost. Wait the new update. They are in checking the error.

So here i need to ask , that when this problem will be solved ??? , so in order to get working codes without westing time regarding complaining the wrong codes . So plz assure as when this problem will be solved ??

we are under fixing this, ur report help us to understund what's the problem
and about westing, u'll not weste any thing when u get wrong code just pm us with necessary infos and will give back ur log

When and when this fixing going to complete ?? ,daily i receiving wrong codes ,which showing that this service is now out to date ,and useless to do the job by this service , as i have told you befor that , it is useless to west time by complaing regarding the wrong codes ,by this we cant satisfied our *******rs . even though i have complaiend in order revive back mine lost credits , but for that still no any reply ... So sir will you make me undestand if i am wrong ...Althoug i love to work with Polar Box but without inconvenience ..

freind, if u read carfully u'll see that we already answered these questions:

in ur situation what u have to do :

if u still have phone in hand just try again to unlock it and check if received code is not same with the first one...
if u still have problems u have two choice,
1- if u can keep phone with u and try later it's ok

2- if customer get his phone, just pm us with phone model + imei + wrong code received + ur access details and we will refund u ur logs

i think all is clear
