I you need to udate your box FW again, then must contact Siroya, Honey or Cyclonebox.... Send PM to one of them, with your Box S/N and a brief axplain of your problem..

what is the next proccedure to activate the lost things

You dont loose, you are using an OLD version of the Cyclone SOFTWARE, download and install the 26-10-2009 bulk update

my box is almost a month old and i have nevr enjoyed its service it has never been able to go into main mode, it only ask for bootloader mode drivers. below is a maintenace result i have done now

when i go on to fill credits it gives this result
