Ok Bro,
You have a 100% Nokia like complete RPL.
You keep getting error 19 after the sx4 auth which means the mobile is like restarting after the auth and loosing it.
I'll ask you a coule of standard questions before going on.
a) Are you using the TMA adapter or any equal solution for the power problem?
b) Are the mobile's piout clean?

i am using cyclon adapter 2 , the new yellow one from gpg with 1 selection of dct4/bb5 other side are resistors 0k/2.7k/5.1k/10k

mobile pinouts are clean.

also , when i select write pm with sx4 bypess ticked , it does write all pm without errors other then some field with error 20 , but no 1,308 or 309.
but problem is the same

for hasnain , 2 posts up i attached backup all you ask
pm , rpl and certs

k i took box home as weeken araived , my laptop is win7 so im trying to install all in home , i will reclean pcb and will try again .

Alex , can you please tell me step by step what to do first ?
after phone back to old version and imei back to normal.
should i only write the full pm and its should work ?
or need rpl after or before ? also what are the certs backup for ?

You made the RPL back-up with the last version.
If you full erase the phone you must :
a) full flash the mobile with the firmware and product code you like
b) Write the rpl in the mobile
c) Sx4 auth
d) Full PM (its own one) no 120 and no 308
