reheated to 400 degrees about10 min and all good now!

i tried yesterday rehotting in 320*C all 3-chips (mdm9615,8600,u601), but still no succes..

which uC you heated? I will burn it

Hi mate, have you preheated? it is easy to damage the chips if you reheat directly.

dont get the error (-1) anymore but when i restore it goes ok as soon i put the sim card it starts searching and it stays like that even if i take the sim card out it stays on searching and stays like that ...so now m stuck on searching even whithout sim card.

hi.for reheat i used directly heat gun foar about 10 minutes directly without preheat.used alot of flux and heated from 2 cm distance.but keep in mind to use protective heat tape,i used a lot of aluminum tape to cover around baseband chip!!.after that restored the phone and no more -1 error.after 24 hours of intense use no problem,network,imei,wi.fi all good.

maybe i was lucky,but heating directly with heat gun solved.but remember to apply flux continuesly to prevent cracking chip

Hi,i dont have the -1 error anymore the problem now is the phone stays on searching ...

Set correct clock time and date, BEFORE to put SIM inside. All be fine.
