can somebody help me with a software backup of this phone? i already unlocked 15 of this devices without problems, but i receive one working perfectly and i unlocked it, but when i insert the new sim after reboot, it says "no sim card", i tested a lot of sim cards and checked hardware failures but everything is ok, please
