First of all, download and install latest Sigma software.
After that fully charge phone's battery, re-connect pone to another USB port, reinstall phone's drivers and repeat Direct Unlock operation.

In my case the unlock was extra fast, super quick, but...restart manually the phone, turn off, insert the sim...turn on the phone...emergency calls...30 seconds later...insert sim.

So, nothing happen...

romero2015natal, try to find the flash file at bootloader.com
If you will not find flash file there, you are still able to reflash the phone with the original flasher from Alcatel (Sugar QCT_SP)
