Dear ikkks,

Your account is blocked by the Chimera tool Team. The reason behind the action is that you broke our policy about the License using. Our policy - which one you accepted at the registration & in the chimera tool software - says that you are not able to share the tool with any third party software / tool. We discovered that despite our policy, you still kept using the tool remotely, which is strictly prohibited and against our rules.

Dear User,

A newly bought license cannot be extended. You can extend the license in the last 30 days of its activation time. So that is normal.

Thank you for the additional information. The problem comes from the license. You had a PRO license which expired 3 months ago. So in order to use the tool again (with the dongle), you have to buy a new license.

In that case, we can add your new account to your Dongle, as a result you will be able to use the dongle with your new license. If that is good for you.

Okay, the dongle can be used with any user now. However, your active license is registered with this username - accompany - so make sure that you use that account. If you still have problems, please contact us again!

My problem is still there, the problem is that I don't have access to the atcompany email, please transfer my license to new user(ehsan_taheri)
