Good morning, please I was trying to update my card and it was interrupted due to network issues, now my dongle is not working anymore..I will be glad if it could be fixed as soon as possible.

i really like your support it was helpful

In some cases card-reader may works for READ operatons well but to UPDATE card firmware it's need to be sure that reader is really good working (and/or drivers installed well).

File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware

OR

1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader. Good result for today gives Alcor Card-Reader.
2. Run DongleManager - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=5
3. Update Dongle firmware

Only ONE update try is allowed. In case of problem DO NOT update card again but contact to support !

You was registrd here in year 2005 this means you are not 16 years old girl. So let me ask you - why do you write that ?
you know very well that your FIRST update attempt was with other reader and that FIRST try gives a problem.
Server do not allow to kill cards, it has protection against stupidity (oh.. really let's acll it IQ). That's why only first try matter.

btw, everybody can check their IQ (but probably it's better to call it stupidity level) just by looking how many times somebody try to repeat dongle update attempt after first fault.
Yours is really good (only two tries day ago) in compare with many others.

Amd my congratulations, finally wih Alcor card-reader card was updated well.

There is a software conflict with the next application(s):

C:\program files (x86)\intel\bluetooth\devmonsrv.exe

What to do:

1. Delete or rename files (see above)
2. Reboot PC
3. Delete fault.bn file
4. Update dongle firmware with DongleManager now
5. Run Infinity software.
