Im trying to activate SM module , ihad read username and password with Dongle manager but when i login in services page it says : Wrong Username or Password .

and when i update dongle firmware i got this :

What to do:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware


- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !
