With this video card its possible to crack one sl3 hash every 10-15 years, in average (just for kidding, i didn't do the maths to calculate time exactly. Search some benchmark in sl3 hash cracking, and you will see.

Yes, you can use AMD processor & Motherboard

Which ones, depends of which / how many VGA Card/s you want to use
