I have same problem,cyclone box goes on and off in device manager,i have installed the second driver ,followed all the instuction but same problem ,i have also instaled on 3 different pc ,pls help

no need to make update because box not can make update proply

solution : change 2 crytal or add another crystal in paralelle and your box will work fine & you can make update without any prob , tested 10000%

you should try with external adaptor, might be you are using many usb devices at a time

Absolutely the same problem with me...Ask me for the new version 01.21,I confirm to download it and then the box goes off the device manager and that's it...

Now I can't use my box at all...

And BTW of course that I tried reinstalling,plug in-plug out in the right moment

and more and more...And I just can't figure it out where is the problem...After the error my box is off and only green diode of the diagnostic port is blinking...Something like "stand by" mode maybe

What is this problem...
