You can't unlock with cyclone - only can do root it. After that , when the eMMC will be available for 3.part tools , you can patch the amss area. So it is now only patch,and after sw update you need to patch again.

If you flash amss to your phone then it will relock and you need to patch it again.

Yes exacly right now after patch unlock can't flash phone without relock phone but this is not a problem becsoue after flash phone can again unlock without TP then just few minutes work.

You have to use "box wizard" to activate the root option.

Wrong! After unlock with NSS, you can restore original baseband image,
and phone will be still in unlocked state. That's what the Restore button in Simlocks
do anyway.

The unlock method of NSS is not patch, it is proper code unlock. To further
educate yourself, please buy a brand new Lumia, get an operator code, enter
it, then flash with NCS and see what happens

Next confirmation about poor qualcomm security. Seems same situation as in sl1 or sl2. After accept code, SFS are reencrypted by AMSS and simlock unlock flag is triggered.

where did you read the user talking about the unlock method of NSS?! or about operator code´s?!
You should read properly what he asked and what i wrote, because he was talking about patching solution, not operator codes.

Or after root with cyclone and using NSS to unlock it will Use/Read original NCK from phone???

It seems you are the one that didn't read my post. Even if you read the
original NCK and enter it, the phone will re-lock after flash. So there is nothing
to do with AMSS, patching or the weather in the Arctic. It is the way the
security works in WP7.

Clicking Unlock in NSS and then entering zeros is the same as putting the
original NCK. You can put whatever AMSS, the phone will stay unlocked.
