"You can't use this computer from this account, because it has been already registered (dalichaabane). Please contact support team"

but i'm not changing computer
on 7 march still work fine...and already update to ver 2.21.1348

i have 100 credits. i want ot unlock blackberry 9700 but it gives error that you don't have licence
my user name is nadergsm plz tell me what the prob

Dear naderr,

You have only TRIAL licence, because of this you can not use some trial functions for example the extended blackberry functions.
you can not use credits while you have trial account only. Credits can be used for already purchased licences.
extended BlackBerry functions can't be used with TRIAL licence
